Birmingham-Jefferson County Film

have been some questions raised by the members of the Birmingham Film
Commission as to where the previous $60,000 of the County's money has gone to.
Why pay that tax money out when the information is already at hand. Read more

Production
News
"Heaven's Fall" is scheduled to wrap
production on Saturday, October 16. Not only did they film the
newsworthy story of "The Scotsboro Boys Case', but
Strata Productions became somewhat of a news story themselves when they decided
to stay on location in South Alabama during Hurricane Ivan and help the
community. The crew used their cherry pickers to secure sheets of plywood over
the windows of the historic Monroeville Courthouse and during the height of the
storm donated the use of their generators to power the County's 911 call center
when the electricity went out. Read more at http://reelscene.com/news/helps040928.html
